Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2014 hyundai santa fe. While driving, the engine blew up and flipped the hood in an upright position. In addition, the brakes malfunctioned and all the electrical functions turned off. The contact was able to pull the vehicle over as black smoke filled the cabin. The contact was barely able to exit the vehicle after inhaling black smoke. The vehicle caught fire on the side of the road and was totally engulfed in flames. The vehicle was destroyed. The contact visited his doctor rather than a hospital and was prescribed an inhaler to help with his respiratory needs. A police and a fire report were filed.
