| Description of the problem | The engine ceased and failed while driving vehicle to work. The vehicle has been at the dealership since then and they continue to attempt to fix the vehicle. The vehicle's short block was allegedly replaced. The vehicle was taken for a test drive and the check engine line came on. The dealership advised that they had to take the engine apart to see what the problem was. As of today, the dealership has told us of at least 3 occasions while fixing the vehicle that the check engine line has come on. The problem appears similar to the issue with the 2014 hyundai santa fe sport. The vehicle is still not repaired and its been close to 60 days. |
