| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2014 hyundai santa fe. While operating the vehicle, a knocking noise was heard coming from the engine. The vehicle was taken to suburban hyundai (1814 maple lawn, troy, michigan) where it was diagnosed that the engine was faulty and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. In addition the contact stated that the gear shifter became stuck and was very difficult to switch from the park position.
