Description of the problem	The vechile only has 78000 miles on it, and this was found in the parking lot of a grocery store at the time of the incident. Appears that insulation in the muffler system starts to come out. It appears that there is a hair like substance that comes out of the muffler, but is is found to be the insulation that lines the muffler when it is faulty/or bad.
