Description of the problem	7-18/2017 car brought to auto nation in brunswick ga for engine recall check. Car was returned to owner without ever testing engine as requested. It was not disclosed to customer that engine was not checked. 4 days later on 7/22/2017 driver going 70 mph on hwy 95 in jacksonville engine starting making knocking noise and ceased up completely turning off. Driver barely made it off to the side of the road. To make matters worse hyundai roadside assistance charged driver $174 to tow vehicle to nearest dealership.
