| Description of the problem | Backseat passenger side seatbelt will not pull out far enough to buckle. Took to hyundai and told that there are teeth broken off in the roller part of seatbelt. It seems that this would be faulty parts for teeth to actually break off and now knowing this, are any of the other seatbelts at risk of being fully secure for protection. Would like investigation and wondering why it would not be covered by hyundai. They just showed him in a handwritten scrap of paper an estimate and dismissed. Going for second opinion and something in writing. |
