Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 hyundai santa fe. The contact stated that when he accelerated from a stopped position the vehicle would not engage in gears to accelerate and it would perform like a manual transmission vehicle stuck in neutral. The rpms would reeve up as a result before the vehicle would finally shift into gear to accelerate when the contact pressed on the fuel pedal. This condition would occur off and on while he drove his vehicle. The contact was able drive to his destination.
