| Description of the problem | I was driving through the highway at 80mph and i just lost power. Check engine and oil warning lights came on. When i turned the car on to exit highway i heard a knocking sound coming from engine. Basically i had to have it towed. I found out the next day about a recall 162 about engine failure for this model. I contacted hyundai usa because i purchased the vehicle in the us and after 5 days not hearing from them i decided to call back only to be told that the case has not been handled yet. So now i am being told that they cannot do anything for me. I am left with a recall that is not my responsibility. Way to go hyundai. |
