| Description of the problem | I was driving on the highway when i accelerated to pass a car, it started to lose power. I was able to pull over to the shoulder had the car towed to the dealership. I was told there was an engine recall that i was not informed about. They didn't have a loaner for me so i had to rent a car until one became available. They had the car for 3 months. 1 month later same exact problem. I had the car towed to the dealership. I was told it was because of the recall. Why would this happen again with a new engine? I was told they got a bad batch of engines and a new engine was replaced with a newer engine. This time they had the car for a month. I pick up the car 4 days later same problem. I don't know where to turn. I have filed a complaint with hyundai usa and i am waiting to hear back. |
