Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 hyundai santa fe. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 17v226000 (engine and engine cooling); however, the part for the recall repair was unavailable. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. While driving approximately 65 mph, the speed reduced significantly and the check engine and engine cooling warning indicators illuminated. Smoke appeared from the rear of the vehicle.
