Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2011 hyundai santa fe. The contact was driving approximately 40 mph when the accelerator pedal was depressed and the vehicle abnormally decelerated to 5 mph. The vehicle was maneuvered to the side of the road and towed to an authorized dealer. The dealer updated the computer system however, the failure recurred. The second time the vehicle was taken to the dealer, the accelerator block was replaced. The failure was not corrected however, and the vehicle was taken back to the dealer where the contact was awaiting diagnosis. The manufacturer was not notified of the problem.
