| Description of the problem | While driving on a two lane road and into the setting sun, the drivers side visor fell loose. It fell directly into the drivers field of vision and had to be held up with one hand as it was dangling by wires. This incident highly startled the driver and totally obstructed vision. Shortly thereafter the passenger side sun visor also fell. The local dealer said they would be happy to fix them both for $400. They were not fixed. This is an extremely dangerous equipment failure that needs to be addressed before a crash. |
