| Description of the problem | Passenger side sun visor fell out of "socket" and is hanging by wires. This item is rarely used. Fell as i was moving through a parking lot. Pushed back into "socket" where it stays for a few min, then falls again. My car is rarely driven, has only 16k miles on it, bought brand new. By what i have read online, it seems a costly repair, if it is even deemed fixable. Major hazard. Not to mention it being an obvious manufacturer defect. I have not contacted hyundai as today is sunday and they are closed. I fail to see how this issue has not made it to a re-call level yet... Online, numerous 2007 santa fe complaints with this very issue! I fail to see how this should be a repair coming out of my pocket! Very disappointed! |
