| Description of the problem | While driving down the highway, my driver's side sun visor fell from the ceiling and was dangling by the electrical wire which controls the automatic light when the visor is opened. This not only obstructed my view, but also caused a knee-jerk reaction to brake as the visor swung toward my face. Upon inspection, the plastic joint which holds the visor in place had failed. The visor had fallen despite the fact that i was not adjusting it at the time, and there were no significant bumps or hazards in the road which may have jarred it loose. |
