Description of the problem	Tl- the contact owns a 2007 hyundai santa fe. He received recall number 08e016000. He contacted the local hyundai dealer to schedule repair and the dealer advised him that they did not have the part available and that they don't know when they will receive the part. He then contacted the hyundai customer service line and was told that it was not a recall but rater a campaign and that they are not aware of any recalls. They added that the repair was not a safety issue so they would not expedite the part. The contact feels that he is not being serviced of this safety issue. There are no failures at this time.
