Description of the problem	Events leading to failure are not known for sure. Supposedly i hit something in the road such as a pothole, that damaged both tires on the passenger side of the vehicle. My wife did indicate that we did hit a pothole in the parking lot, i do not remember this. In other words, there was no dramatic event that led to the failure of these new tires. The failure was front tire was scuffed on the sidewall and a leak was created where the sidewall and thread meet. The rear tire received a cut about 3/4 of an inch long perpendicular to the tire in the thread that is next to the sidewall. The correction is that i am buying a new set of tires from a different manufacturer.
