Description of the problem	I took a four year lease on a new 2016 hyundai genesis 3. 8, fully loaded including bluelink navigational system. Dealer said that the updates and downloads over the next 4 years would automatically be installed "remotely" on my vehicle only to find out, the 4 year prepaid bluelink navigational system cannot do updates on my particular vin#. It did not have the correct navigation and display installed. When i called bluelink emergency number, i was on the phone for 20 minutes and they could not identify the car nor locate me by my phone number. Totally misleading and deceptive representation by the dealer. Hyundai corporate and bluelink (owned by hyundai) did not have a solution other than take my name off their mailing list of updates available so i would not become agitated or annoyed when the e-mails were sent notifying of updates available!
