Description of the problem	"takata recall" i was in motion driving less than 30miles/hour in traffic, stopping few times and kept a good distance. All of a sudden, i applied the brakes to stop but the vehicle did not stop and kept moving fast. I applied the brakes soo hard, vehicle did not stop the collision system that was suppose to stop the vehicle and avoid the collison did nothing. I reported the same issue when i took the vehicle to the dealership during my 1st service and expressed concern regarding the sensors not working. The car has only 6,000 miles. The day was sunny and this happen during rush hour off on golf road in des plaines illinois
