Description of the problem	In 2016 i bought a 2015 hyundai genesis with continental pro contact. This was a new car with 1,565 miles on it. In less than a year i notice the side wall on the front tire had a bulge in it. The dealer would not replace the tire for free but offered a discount on another tire. I took the car in today for service and they found a bulge in the side wall of the rear tire. The first tire only had 14,466 miles i'm currently at 21,711 miles. I'm going to replace them all but think they should be recalled. Oh and when checked the dot # ,three of the tire did not have the four digit date. Only one had the whole number affe wc85 2115.
