Description of the problem	While driving at night with lights in automatic mode, the headlights will turn off for a few seconds and the dash will indicate the lights mode has changed, before the lights will turn back on. This has occurred multiple times typically at night along rural highways but has occurred along lit streets as well. It has happened while simply driving along a straight stretch of road as well as when turning or switching from brights to dims. This safety hazard has fortunately not yet resulted in losing control of the vehicle due to lack of awareness regarding position on the road and could result in a serious accident.
