Description of the problem	The headlights, whether in auto-mode or on-mode, will randomly turn off by themselves for a couple seconds, then cycle quickly back on and off, before turning back on after a few seconds. Within a 30min drive this typically will happen at least once. It is speed independent; it will occur at highway speeds, during rest at a stop light, driving through a parking lot, through dark twisting forest roads, etc., etc. Sometimes, although not always, operating the turn signal will initiate the issue. As documented by video, when in auto-mode and the situation occurs, the "light-mode" dash display will quickly alternate between off and auto as the lights themselves cycle off and on. It is extremely dangerous for a driver and also surrounding vehicles, as all exterior lighting is lost and the vehicle goes dark.
