Description of the problem	The power trunk hatch malfunctions, opening the trunk either partially or completely. Unfortunately it does not close completely unless using the trunk button inside the vehicle. One incident, the trunk attempted to close without warning or notice. No button was activated to close at the time. The trunk would open when the vehicle was stationary, in motion on the roadway, and when the vehicle was powered off. All were isolated instances. It is unknown what may be causing the malfunction, however has progressively became worst from the onset. I was able to utilize the "valet trunk lockout feature" for now, deactivating the trunk functions. I'm scheduled to meet with the hyundai dealership for an inspection of the vehicle soon. I've also contacted the manufacturer regarding this issue.
