Description of the problem	My wife came home an told me that the car had accelerated on it's own. I took it for a drive after she had shut it off, and found no problems. This happened several months ago, and she took it to the local dealer, and they could not find a problem. This pass weekend the same thing happened to me. I even drove up a hill to see if it would keep on accelerating, and it did. I had to pull over to the side of the road and turn the car off. When i restarted, it worked normally. The cruise control was off.
