| Description of the problem | On multiple occasions the brake pedal will go nearly to the floor without stopping the car causing a panic and aggressive braking before nearly getting into an accident. We have to pump the pedal to make them work. This happened at any speed at random times. The brake pads have been inspected and still have plenty of pad left. Car has 125k mostly highway miles. Multiple mechanic advice and on line issues points to a faulty $1600 abs module. I have two other much older vehicles with way more miles with no such issue |
