Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 hyundai genesis. The contact stated that while driving at low speeds in reverse, the vehicle accelerated without warning. The contact crashed into a post but did not sustain any injuries. The police were not contacted. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic where the manufacturer was contacted and sent an investigator to inspect the vehicle.
