Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2012 hyundai genesis. While driving 20 mph and attempting to make a right turn, the vehicle lost power and the instrument cluster indicators illuminated. In addition, the steering wheel seized and caused the driver to lose control of the vehicle and run over the median. The contact was able to depress the brake pedal and stop the vehicle. Once at a complete stop, the driver turned off and restarted the vehicle on the first attempt and drove home. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer (capitol hyundai montgomery, 2820 eastern blvd, montgomery, al, 36116), but could not be repaired until two and a half weeks later.
