| Description of the problem | Head rest popped open, twice. First time both headrest popped open and hyundai repaired it with just a copay on my part. Second time, they stated needs to be replaced at my expense. I stated that no one buys a car expecting the head rest to pop open and require replacement. They insist it is my issue. Car was in garage when head rest pooped open. If we were driving the vehicle, i am sure an accident would have occurred. Even if i have it replaced, what assurances would i have this won't happen again. And if it does and either my wife or i driving the vehicl,e we could be injured this is a vehicle defect and a safety issue. |
