Description of the problem	Accelerating from 0 though 30 miles per hour car pulls and makes a big noise. Passengers feel like we where hit from behind. Other times refuses to accelerate. To engage. Problem occurs on city and traffic. Once on highway, car runs well. Car has been in the hyundai dealer since november 2,2018. Hyundai has been running test after test after test and are not honoring the power train warranty and will not give me a loaner. I established a case with hyundai usa #12341664 to no avail. Still not fixing the car. Keep running test after test after test. Need help !.
