Description of the problem	Upon starting my car the engine was revving. I thought it was doing that because it was extremely cold out. I let it warm up a little. I put the car in drive it begin to accelerate by itself going up to 40 miles while in a parking garage. I managed to finally stop the car by flooring the brake petal & emergency brake. I turned the car off and restarted it and it started revving again! I called the hyundai dealership to report what had happened.
