Description of the problem	My 2010 hyundai genesis was recalled for a defective faulty break switch in 2014 and the required service was performed 7/30/15. The following day i engaged the cruise control at 75 mph but almost rear ended the car in front of me because the integrated speed control did not activate. The cruise control also turned completely off at times. I've returned the car twice to remedy the problem and was told they could not find a solution and have requested assistance from hyundai. I waited almost 2 months with no word from hyundai and finally went to the dealership on 9/22/15 and was told they were still waiting for instruction from hyundai and they now have a second car with the same problem. I feel this is very dangerous and want to post this listing because i believe lifes are at stake and owners of these vehicles will more than likely be ticketed for causing accidents and, worse case scenario, be charged with vehicular manslaughter.
