Description of the problem	Tilt-telescope steering wheel stopped raising, causing it to both block visibility of part of dashboard and limit egress for drivers. Was repaired twice and failed a total of three times. Dealer has replaced module which was reputed to correct problem, and has conferred with hyundai, but it recurs in three to four weeks. There was no incident to report to police nor was there damage.
