Description of the problem	Partial loss of braking - while traveling down the highway at 45 mph the vehicles in front of me abruptly slowed down requiring me to quickly apply my brakes. Upon application of my brakes, i started to slow down and then the brake pedal suddenly released, providing limited braking.
