Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 hyundai genesis. While approaching a stop, the engine revved and the brake pedal depressed slightly. The contact placed the gear in neutral and was able to control the vehicle. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The failure recurred three times. The vehicle was taken to the dealer (key hyundai in jacksonville, fl, 904-642-6060), but the failure was not duplicated. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and sent an investigator who was unable to duplicate the failure. The vehicle was not repaired.
