| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 hyundai genesis. The contact stated that in december 2010, he began to notice that the battery continued to fail. On the third time, the dealer replaced the battery which did not solve the problem. A hyundai engineer inspected the vehicle and advised the dealer to order and install a more powerful battery. The failure had not recurred since the second battery was installed. The current and failure mileages were 13,500. |
