Description of the problem	After refueling, started vehicle and noticed that auto-on headlights did not work as i had to turn them to the manual "on" setting. Next, my doors would not lock and the dash lights became extremely bright. Next, my seat belt continuously "chimed" while i was driving with it on. I also noticed that my turn signals, when activated, did not make a sound. I drove like this for about (30) minutes in the evening.
