Description of the problem	Vehicle steering wheel has continued to make a loud clicking/clunking noise during turning, primarily counter clockwise. Dealership has replaced clockspring (1st visit), lubricated steering components(2nd visit) and has now denied a "problem at all" per their district parts and services manager. No one is unable to come to a resolution as to why this noise is occurring, or what it causing it to occur to be able to determine if it is creating a driving hazard on the road or not. They are also unable to demonstrate to me that it doesn't pose a driving hazard. Due to the noises the steering wheel makes, i am uneasy driving the vehicle in fear of losing complete steering ability in the vehicle. Dealership, district manager, and consumer relations have been unable to assist in determining if this is a safety hazard, or poor manufacturing.
