Description of the problem	The problem started out where the power to the rear sliding doors started to stick, make a crunching noise and beep when trying to close. Then the power would not work at all. I switched the doors to manually open and close, which as fine for awhile. Then it started to beep and the door open sign would light on the dash but would still be shut. I would then pull over and close the door and lock it. Then one day with my six year old son and dog in the back it opened wide as i was turning on to a highway. I had to pull over almost causing an accident . We have noticed that the locking mechanism is not latching and now we have to tie the door shut because it will try to open every time i make a right hand turn. The door ajar light and the beeping is constant now. I have seen that there are numerous complaints about this same problem!
