Description of the problem	The rear door (hatchback door), (latches/locks/linkage, structure), on my 2008 hyundai entourage mini-van, failed to open. All efforts to open the door proved fruitless. Request hyundai motor america to repair latches, locks, and/or linkage under one or more of the recall and/or repair consent decree negotiated with the national highway transportation safety administration (nhtsa). Note, latches and locking mechanisms on this vehicle have failed previous. Reference the passenger side of the vehicle sliding door.
