Description of the problem	Vehicle surges, the motor will rev up and down between 500 and 1400 rpms almost stalling. When stopped at a red light or stop sign with the vehicle in gear the van will surge and move you ahead 2-3 inches with the brakes applied. The vehicle will surge at different speeds with it in reverse with no one touching the gas pedal. The check engine light has never come on. The van also will act as if it has no power or not getting enough fuel when first taking off then it will take off like its got a turbo. Its tough to drive this vehicle safely and it doesn't do it all the time. Also had problems with shaking in the front at 65+ mph. Put new tires on and it helped but still does it. The sliding doors wont stay open on any inclines only on level ground. The brakes have pulsated/shake since about 10000 miles. Had metallic rattle coming from front tires when turning but only does it on occasion, usually when turning and backing up. The radio volume will sometimes lock and not turn up or down. It carries a 10 yr, 100,000 mile warranty and contacted dealer and hyundai corporate office and are unwilling to replace any parts saying no code and can't duplicate problem for the surging.
