Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 hyundai entourage. The day after the vehicle was purchased, the contact noticed ripples on the right side of the quarter panel. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer and they kept and repaired it for two weeks. Shortly after she retrieved her vehicle, she noticed a severe vibration when driving over 55 mph. The vehicle was returned to the dealer and they stated that the failure was due to bent rims. The tires and rims were replaced, but the failure was never fully corrected. The vehicle has since been taken to the dealer on numerous occasions, but they stated that nothing else could be done. The powertrain was unknown. The failure mileage was 1,300 and current mileage was 18,000.
