Description of the problem	Rear door latches are defective. They were due to be replaced under a recall. After the dealer could not get the parts for a year they finally replaced them with the same part on one side and only inspected the other side. The recall was to replace both with a new style latch. Latch still fails and hyuandai claims the recall is complete. The dealer has told hyundai that they only inspected the latch which is not the scope of the work to be performed. I have tried to resolve this with hyundai and they just circle me back to the dealer.
