Description of the problem	Power sliding doors do not stay closed, even if car has begun moving. Sometimes reopen and close rather than latching shut, and have to be closed manually. One side has stopped operating all together and must be used manually. Door being used manually is to heavy for children to operate safely and makes a grinding noise. Issue started shortly after bumper to bumper warranty expired and has been persistent over the past 6 months to a year.
