Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 hyundai entourage. While driving 55 mph and getting off an exit ramp, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, pulled to the left and became out of control. The vehicle crashed into a tree. The air bags did not deploy. The driver and passenger were injured and transported to the hospital. A police report was filed. The manufacturer stated that they would send someone to inspect the vehicle. Prior to the failure, the vehicle had not been repaired on the front suspension and steering mechanism; when the contact went to pick the vehicle up, he was told that the tie rod, ball joints and control arm were also replaced. Other parts needed to be repaired but were on backordered. The failure mileage was approximately 32,000.
