Description of the problem	12 yr. Sitting in 3rd. Row passenger side got "middle" seat belt tangled around his neck. He was unable to breath, i couldn't get belt untangled and the seat belt didn't have enough slack to get it off of him. I had to cut the seat in order for him to breathe. I was unaware that it could be released with a pointed object that can be pushed into a tiny silver area which releases it. He is fine, but it was very scary.
