Description of the problem	On a night going home from work, when it have sleeted a co-worker was following me and noticed i had no brake lights and then my esc light would go on and off and i didn't realize it was a huge problem until the brake lights stopped working again i had my car tested and it come back as a brake light switch malfunction and when i was searching to find out about the part i noticed hyundai had a recall on that part but because the recall has been closed they will not replace it on my van for me and i did not own the van until 2011 so i had no idea about the recall and the dealer also never mentioned anything, i am upset that a recall can close i believe they manufacture should make sure all of there vehicles have been fixed so now before i have a accident for having no brakes lights i have to figure out how to replace this switch..
