| Description of the problem | Rear sunshade stuck mid-way through cycle. Position of thick retaining plastic severely obstructs driver's view. Button unresponsive, but can hear motor grinding whenever putting car in reverse (rear sunshade does not move and stuck in this position). Furthermore, once parked and off the road, no amount of manual force retracts the sunshade into its retracted position. Driver must continue driving in this precarious and limited-view scenario. |
