Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 hyundai azera. While driving approximately 35 mph, the contact attempted to apply the brakes but the vehicle did not slow down. The accelerator pedal was stuck and the vehicle began to accelerate. The contact applied repeated pressure to the brake pedal until the vehicle stopped. The same failure occurred again while the contact was driving approximately 35 mph.
