Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2007 hyundai azera. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to two separate independent mechanics who informed him that the rear suspension was completely corroded. Upon investigation, the contact discovered nhtsa campaign number: 13v354000 (suspension) which he linked to the failure. The contact called the manufacturer who referred him to a hyundai dealer to have the vehicle inspected. The contact took the vehicle to lynnes nissan city (318 bloomfield ave, bloomfield, nj 07003) where he was informed that the recall repair was performed back in 2013. The contact was informed that he would have to pay a diagnostic fee to have the vehicle inspected. After discovering that the recall had already been performed on the vehicle prior to him owning it, the contact stated that the recall remedy was ineffective. The vehicle was not repaired.
