| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2007 hyundai azera. While driving various speeds, the seat belt and air bag warning indicators illuminated on the instrument panel. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the new wiring harness clip was loose and needed to be tightened. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was previously serviced per nhtsa campaign number: 10v007000 (air bags, seat belts) but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle. The vehicle was brought back to the dealer several times for the failure. The contact was advised that no one over 150 lbs should utilize the passenger seat. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and confirmed that the seat limit was 150 lbs. The approximate failure mileage was 95,000. |
