| Description of the problem | Malfunction in the shift interlock cable caused my vehicle to shift into neutral on its own while in operation which could have resulted in an accident accident. Dealer mechanical services stated there was an issue with the shift interlock cable bushing breaking causing the vehicle to automatically shift into neutral. The vehicle was in motion at time of the occurrence. |
